I would have thought you'd still be eligible, although I haven't checked this. The biggest problem would be getting your booklet/individual payment details as they have already been sent out and without contact details the company/registry could not have sent to you. Best bet would be to contact the company/registry and ask if they can send it out (may be an admin fee from the registry). Alternatively, yes, set up a login and register yourself as the holder with the registry and see if there is anything in there, i.e. company communicaton.
