I'm amazed the share price bounced on this piece of news. I read the entire thing and while there is pleasingly a bit more detail on their proposal (like their go-to-market strategy for LEILAC) it doesn't justify the bounce enjoyed today.
Probably goes towards my theory that there are some new holders and it takes time to build a level of confidence in this company. This stock warrants an outsized position in my portfolio.
