    I'm surprised that investors would think this is a viable project. How does the company propose repayment of the massive borrowings associated with building the rail line and the port alone (never mind the cost of the plant) ?? If the answer is 'Oh no worries, the Chinese will build it', then that only means existing shareholders will be diluted to oblivion. It appears thoroughly unbankable to me - which western banks must have already decided if the company is now looking exclusively to the Chinese banks. Again, huge dilution by the banks awaits or more likely, the project gets mothballed due to an obvious inability to fund it.
