The Ferrous website is in Portugese not Spanish
At the top LHS there is a button you click on if you want to read it in English.
First go to Investors in the top banner and click
From the drop down click on Shareholder Structure
It seems Sentient is a large shareholder and I believe they have used Ferrous as a template model to bring in the IRD project
Next
Go back to top and click Learn about Ferrous
From the dropdown click on Background
If you take time to read it all you will find that the whole structure seems to replicate IRD

You still haven't answered my question from some time back as to what "loss on ignition" means.
That suggests to me that you do not understand the viability of the project yet.
Just because you believe the project is unfinancial for Australian banks does not necessarily mean the Chinese banks will think the same way.
I would say that the Australian banks were considered too small to bother with.
