No idea what you are talking about re your earlier question but, unlike you, I'm happy to answer if you clarify.
Not sure how much banking you've done but if a project can't be funded by local institutions and banks with government support, heading off to China is a recipe for dilution. Still, it will keep the executives in their well paid jobs for a bit longer, so it's worth a shot I suppose.
Even 'back of the envelope' calculations show this project is uneconomic and unbankable but we'll just have to agree to disagree. Argueing without facts or properly supported opinions is of no value to anyone. Good luck with your investment.
