Excellent news. Monetise the property portfolio to create value for shareholders!! This is a good risk management move too, in case electric cars take off in the near future CTX will not be left holding a heap of realestate - instead they can ride out their leases and make the next move. Also mitigates the remediation risk/cost of these sites to CTX as well.
How will they return capital? I hope by special dividend or share buybacks.
