I think the muted response may be a combination of two factors -
You may have noticed the views on the post (even though there are other sources of the announcements, obviously) are very low, and also existing shareholders are holding off to purchase the 2.5c shares with the attached options.
You may notice the sell side is very thin all the way up (to 5.2c!) so it looks like we'red in a holding pattern until more of the market outside existing shareholders gets word of the good news.
