You are spot on there Major Johnny. The flow of sitreps is very poor indeed. On 22nd December it was announced that the Black Hills results would be released "within 4 weeks" . Then the quarterly activities report dated 31st Jan noted that these results can be expected "in coming weeks." Now on 14th March the half year report states that should be "received shortly." Whilst the management seem to know all the technical stuff they have absolutely failed to execute in a timely manner. Too much "mirrors and boomerang" (look into it and get back to you) here for my liking. I am out. GLTA.
