I'm no thread expert, but this is clearly a move forward for what remains of the AOD project to be something tangible in the marketplace. There is a huge market for energy and specialist food and drinks with so many 'super ingredients' and AOD has certainly had some publicity around it. This announcement is pretty straight up about plans to perhaps spin off metabolic in some way, hopefully that will work out a positive for shareholders whatever format takes. Good news overall...
