All it's says is they were unable to measure CH77 's full gas flow rate and need to bring in a drill rig first to reconfigure the well and suck out all the fraccing fluid .
Then they announce they are going to farm out a 50% interest in the Cambray gasfield to get all the infrastructure developed.
I'm thinking that the farmout to large, cashed up partner would see the accelerated development of the gas infrastructure for Cambray to get the resource flowing quickly given the Indian govt's supportive attitude and the country's need for gas.
