Impressive customer but a small deal. It is a step in the right direction but too small and too slow.
JAN management need to show results for the investments they have made or shrink back to a smaller, more entrepreneurial company.
Maybe reset expectations and get rid of the management/sales they hired when there was plenty of money being thrown at tech companies and hire new ones that cost less.
