Anyone who actually reads the company announcements would have known that shares would be issued in lieu of a dividend.
In the August announcement in section 8 it clearly states that a cash dividend cannot be paid if the MBL loan is not upto date and PGI has 5M in the bank.
A quick read of the quarterly and it is obvious no cash dividend could be paid.
I continue to wait in anticipation that you will actually post some information that is accurate.
You still have time to surprise me as I will be a shareholder for at least another year, probably much longer long time
