they woudnt be writing that in a public ppt unless there was Already firm committments by customers prospects that they are moving ahead with Alcidion and procurement is coming

its a strong buy indicator imho, but we dont know the size of the procurements coming. my take is the wording indiates the revenues are coming from UK trusts they have gone out to tender with ; new clients and decent deals that will be ann as they are won.
