After a bit more time looking at this my vote would only change if :-
1. strike price of 50c
2. 3 year term
3. $300K hurdle.
Cripes, options such as these are supposed to be incentive options, where's the incentive in these
ones to be presented to the EGM next month?
Good governance? Does the board even know the meaning?
Seems to be a pretty deliberate scheme to distance this Jan meeting from the AGM, what are they worried about?
