“S3” condition code – Reporting of Block Special Crossings:
- S3 xT is what they call a Block Special Crossing , which basically means itsa special sized ( usually large ) cross trade
- A cross trade occurs when abroker executes an order to buy and sell the same security at the same time, inwhich both the buyer and seller are clients of the broker. A Cross Trade is represented by XT in the course of sales.
