The page above is dedicated to tracking all the Covid19 diagnostic pipeline - globally. You can play around with the search filters to check per test type, per country approved list etc. Its got all the major/large population country info

Note: does not guarantee that this is a comprehensive list, since the information has been submitted voluntarily by test suppliers and is not independently verified.

I found some holes in the info too (eg: Access Bio tests have Brazil health approval but it only shows US FDA approval)...but it will give you an idea at least of what's happening where...

I also notice they are few of overseas anti-test product have been approved by TAG in Australia as well. like you said earlier. the market for AT1 isn't in Australia. but consider there are few international competitors. AT1 needs to show some outstanding figure on accuracy and cost effective in price.
