@dugsab you are clearly across the topics and have plenty of time on your hands here! For a non-holder you seem significantly invested for one reason or another. I do appreciate a balanced view of the risks associated with the project and the company. (Although I'll admit sifting through your posts takes some time as does understanding the counter points from other shareholders).
This stock for me (and I assume other longer term holders) has significantly unbalanced my portfolio and I am constantly trying to determine when to rebalance based upon the company's progress and the associated risks. I know you've been asked a few times for your views on an appropriate price/ value for the stock, and I'd be keen to see such and your concise reasonings for the same.
