Increasing our Canadian footprint def the right direction, the immediate market as you quoted in $$ over there is huge.

Once the due diligence process is complete we'll know more details.
re costs, as THC receives funds from everybody cashing in their options @40c a pop throughout 2019 & the increase in revenue from advancing CM operation/sales, I'd be confident that'll they'll have the funds ($5m+ currently in their purse)

I'd punt on if all goes thru, final payment may be combination of cash & THC shares....who knows at this early stage.
