Have to say, I'm very happy with this on first reading.
Small apparent outlay of C$200K + escrowed 450k shares for the ability to enter the CA market with an emphasis on near-term profit generation and opportunity for scaling. I also like the options-based remuneration package for Jonathon Inkley that clearly lays out expectations and will add significant value to SH.
Think I'll look at adding to my holding based on this. Great job management!
