The problem is nobody really knows when the Manufacturing license application was lodged with the ODC.
I know one thing for sure - The Company could have elected to lodged all three licenses at once but they did not do this! I think it was lodged late last year or early this year and after the purchase of the manufacturing facility we heard the license was to be expedited and also when XU took over we heard he was going to Canberra to hurry up the public servants! Never heard another thing after that but they plan to be making product early next year therefore they must expect the license soon!
