Genuinely interested how you know he has a young family. Maybe you know him more then others on here. His blurb says he has over 30 years experience meaning he would have started work in 1993? And an online profile of his says he finished his first degree in around1987. Obviously, people can start families at anytime, especially men, but I think with the above information one would sway towards his kids, if any, being not so young? Anyway, the above can be ignored as wether or not he has a family is actually not so important to my main point.
