Quite right credit, my mistake. Deloub seems a career executive with little appetite for risk and the performance rights do seem lofty. I tend to find that buying a company with net cash and future catalysts for growth can bring nice upside surprise with lowered downside risk. However I don't possess the credentials of Mr Deloub. Very interested to see how this plays out.
