The CEO could make so much money if he understood the shares market a bit better.
Steps for the CEO to make lots of money: 1) Take out some performance options 2) Buy some shares. 3) Issue one of dividend, even 2 weeks revenue spent of dividends would relatively large dividend given its low share price. 4) Buy some more shares.
CEO just make more than his annual salary from options and shares.
Despite the obviousness of the above actions i don't think he will.
