actually the dividend thing was mentioned by DD. yes, he might disappoint. share price can linger low for long periods before moving presumably as a result of some catalyst, earning jump, contract, dividend etc. just look at BYD car for instant, lay low for many years before moving up. while some can be high and dropped off suddenly like Appen or A2m. SHE has a low market cap and no major funds will take any interest of it. anyone who bought this share has to wait and see it through all the uncertainties. there are no guarantee that it will succeed but at this stage it ticks most boxes.
