Half those BOEPD is gas, so you have to convert the sale price to a BOE equivalent . At US$ 1.5 per mcf a BOE gas receives US$9 per BOE....at ~$2 per mcf means the BOE gas sells $12 per BOE.
There are some NGl's in the gas stream which they haven't detailed , unlike previously but in this case they won't make a material difference as the NGL price isn't much above the gas BOE price.
Regardless, the Caroline well is a doozy.
