This will triple the amount of oil that is being transported from Alberta (Where SHE Wells are) to the coastal ports.
Donald trump has expressed that IF he wins the election later this year he will re-open the trade with Canada.
IF he does not win then the the oil trade with canada will remain as is ,otherwise Canada will increase export of oil driving up local prices.
