Based on the current state of the share price, seems more likely they roughly knew.
I've always felt HZR is a leaky bucket ergo traded based on insider knowledge. If you retrofit the pattern of the slide in price to the period when the announcement of the delay in delivery of the reactor component, sort of lines up similarly where it was sold heavily prior to that announcement.
Looking at the slide now, it does make me wonder what else incoming bad news that is not known yet but insiders already do know (hence the selling pressure).
