Does the share price on the record day come into it? On June 30th the SP was around 15c, that would be less shares than if issued at todays SP.

Of course we are talking $30k so it's not a big issue and the adminstrative argument may be sufficient grounds.

Though an unlikely outcome, I would love to see JD take the cash to spare adminstrative hassles but buy shares on market. That would result in him getting more shares than would've been issued (roughly 500000 as opposed to 200000) and send a signal of confidence, a signal I would greatly appreciate at this time.
