I'm not sure how giving shareholders the option to participate in a cap raise is promising the world and delivering nothing Seahunt - as you would be aware - a cap raise is optional for all so there were no promises at all about anything, only options for shareholders to accept or not. The fact is the SPP was pulled (at our choice; ASX gave us advice but ultimately we could have kept going but decided it wasn't in shareholders best interest to be classed as founders therefore subject to escrow) doesn't affect the plans moving forward, just brings them forward.
