MP,DTR, USGS, DoE,DARPA and other 3 Letter Agencies in US have situational awareness...
My personal view [if DTR has the 'receipts'] is timing when to 'pull the trigger' and nature of the transaction Kontrol doesn't need to do a thing - and we can pound sand ...still waiting for Godot ..this time who knows 'a second coming' - what we might have a great Xmas /Chanukah ..patience all .
