It was ambitious as you say. Market is trading below the proposed price and no options attached, can't blame them for trying...
I think a lot of people would have put more money in but may have been turned off because of the pricing and the fact that the lead manager was getting all the options.
If the company needed money a month ago, it must still need money today, so I am wondering if this is more about repricing the issue so that it is less ambitious
