Well always an uphill battle to get long-suffering S/Hs to front up with millions more in Capital esp at 1c when you could buy as many as you wanted @ .9c last few weeks ...
why we see so many placements directly to INSTO/SOPHs these days ..which of course S/Hs complain about and dump their shares in disgust..I'm sure in hindsight mgmt wish they'd just went down that track .. but generally they are at an even better discount+ free opts etc
