Think you'd have to be pretty silly to go selling any shares hoping to pick them back up in the cap raise. Current mkt cap just under $60m with only $1m to be raised. If everyone eligible applied you'd be lucky to get what, 2% of what you applied for...
Think it's more just your normal cap raise selloff and holdoff. No-one wants to buy in, thinking that any rise in the price will be quickly sold into.
Just need silver price to keep heading north and eventually people will get over it and step up.
