Well naturally they could always increase the amount they raise. Could also happen that not many people take up their entitlement either.
My point was that with a mere $1m being raised, if everyone were to take up their entitlement, on a pro-rata basis most people would be entitled to SFA. So to go and sell your shares thinking you would simply pick them up again in the raise would have to be considered pretty optimistic at best.
