At the hint of a sp rally, these guys kill it by announcing a cap raise, extra half billion shares coming onto the market.
Oh and by the way, 200million coming out of escrow next week.
IMO these guys are simply using the market for funding with zero regard to shareholder value/returns. They will do the RnD as long as someone else pays.
Parent company screwing the local entity into the ground around where IVX can market their end product.
Where is the good will here to invest?
