I've had a look into this and nothing is as bad as it is being made out. BMZ were in the process of moving NOMAD anyway and RFC Ambrian threw their dummy out of the pram and resigned in protest, knowing that it would cause a suspension. The actions are not normal and clearly there has been a complete breakdown in the relationship between BMZ & RFCA, which has led to this current suspension in the UK. However, I am told from contacts that the new nomad appointment is imminent so trading should be back by the end of this month

You will find with this mob that somewhere between the BS and Announcements lays the truth.

The truth is that funding is no where to be seen.
The truth is that as of Dec 31. Just $28k was left with from the Q.
The truth is that the NOMAD is legally responsible to make sure that BMZ follow the listing rules.

The truth is the ASX have already asked how BMZ will remain a going concern.

"Appropriate arrangements will be made for all BMZ security holders whose securities are currently traded on AIM to be registered on the Company’s Australian register of members and for the holders to be able to trade their securities on the ASX. The Company’s Registrar, Computershare Investor Services Pty Ltd, will write to all security holders to advise as to the process."

Does this sound like a NOMAND will be found anytime soon???

It's a shame the ASX is not up to speed with the UK market
