Obviously sp will be hammered when its open, which will make it more difficult to raise capital again shore up the balance sheet...
I think the company will have to sue the founder if they believe he was the only one misled the board...
I was so lucky probably been the last one got out at 410pm the day before after seen irrational sale off 10mins before
