re: Ann: Cancellation of EGM and Section 249D... So Vangold want to remove the entire current board and replace them all with Vangold Representatives.
What are peoples thoughts on this? looks like Vangold are seeking control of COY without having to pay for it through the ASX.
With Vangold reps controlling COY very much doubt they will have minor shareholders best interest at heart.
Take control and delist it to be absorbed by Vangold? is this legally possible?
