Probably means that SER are defunct and will not be able to exist except as zombie. This would mean that their only real asset is their shares in other struggling companies (including Ionic). The Ionic shares SER own would then come on the market should an administrator/liquidator be appointed. The same would be the case with their VXL shares and the royalty rights SER have over VXL should they ever produce any graphite
