This is the 2nd time during the last 15 years I pulled myself out days before a company going VA.

BLK would not pull out of a (near certainty) financing deal unless it had better options on the table. The alternatives are probably more attractive if BLK is delivering on the Dec Qtr / Lind unhappy to be diluted ...
