I'll put it to you simply. And that is, why taking the risk of waiting to see if the sp will reach the $2.10 per share, when you can buy nearly twice as many shares now for the same price at the exercise time.??
I would do the same myself, without a doubt.
Even if the shares were to reach say $2 by the Mid Year, this person would still be out of pocket and only buy half of the shares he could buy now. Besides, this person he would still have to have the money set aside to meet that commitment, while missing the boat/opportunity now. Especially if one is not swimming in money, lol.
There is nothing to worry about this IMO mate. And, there is no use trying to make a hill out of a small mole. For only 40,000 options.???
