Hi folks
The small quantity isn't what is being questioned here. Its the early cancellation of options that have/did not expire yet.
Stating 'what' can often elicit the question of 'why'...and it has by several posters here.
I want to know why. Plain and simple. I'm sure its straight forward and totally acceptable whatever it is.
I might have added another sentence to 'clarify' why options not needing to be exercised by mid year were cancelled 'NOW' to that announcement. If that was done, PLV would not have people questioning what it was all about on the HC thread.
If it was an employee termination then clearly state that.
Fair enough?
Is this an announcement that needed to be delivered to the market or something that could have been put in the next quarterly?
Just asking the question...as I do not know.
Either way, just a simple clarification would help.
