Yes the price action looks very weak. With the decision to mine in Algeria soon, I thought maybe there may be some buyer interest. To be honest I just dont understand the severe price decline over the past 12 months. The next thing is to consider - what will happen to the share price when the mine decision is made. What if there was a NO decision to mine (could this happen?). What if the mine decision is a YES. Is that a share price catalyst or do we then get bogged down in how its going to get financed and other uncertainties? Hard to be believe this was a $4 stock not that long ago.
