European Lithium Limited (ASX: EUR, FRAF8, OTC: EULIF) (European Lithium or the Company) refers
to the Appendix 2A issued on 9 May 2025 in respect to the issue of 35,000,000 EURO options. The
Company confirms that these options were inadvertently issued in error and took prompt action to cancel
the options upon identification of this oversight. The Company confirms that the issue of these options
is subject to shareholder approval as set out in the options prospectus lodged with the ASX on 8 April
2025.
This announcement has been approved for release on ASX by the Board of Directors.
