This issue needs shareholder approval. The BOD taking up the shortfall needs shareholder approval. This takes a GM. The GM was to happen in May. Day left free. There is a 21 day notice period. That makes the minimum to a GM late into June. The shareholder approval is important and requires reasonably prompt attention. This makes whatever is delaying the GM is big enough to to cause the delay.
