    Hi Duramax

    The 50M in the App 3 Ann is for payment to Ozexco Pty Ltd. Who are they? And am i right to assume that the 50M performance shares haven't been exercised or is this just a case of the performance shares being shifted onto someone else's books?

    Anyone clarify the siutuation?
