This performance shares are related with Vanatech Acquisition on 03/06/2020。Because the milestone events were not triggered, therefore none of the performance shares are converted into shares

in my personal view, I would rather the vendors can achieve their performance shares in every transaction. At least that means achieving milestone set out beforehand. But in PRL case, I am afraid if that milestones achieved, we would not switch to green energy projects.
