What is going on with the Board, one director massively selling down, another resigning for personal reasons.

This should be an easy business, I mean with Singapore closed to rich Indonesians and the price of an Iphone in Singapore cheaper than Indo, blocking that sales channel leaves this company with a monopoly on being the exclusive apple supplier in a country where an Iphone is a status symbol.

And yet here we are.

It isn't a director selling. Check again. Not sure what the 'cost of staying afloat' comment is supposed to mean. They will be cash flow positive in Q2. Maybe Everblu are on for other reasons? New board? New Acquisitions? Your post feels like a subtle downramp as you say it should be an easy business but here we are? This whole trading halt is clerical. It has zero to do with selling iphones and the monopoly they have. If the placement proceeded or didn't nothing changes.
$9M market cap did $12m in sales last quarter before Eduportal launched.
Eduportal now launched and has more than 31 schools and universities signed up.
