The placement was to get the sophs set before mega news. I guess that's why it got stopped.
I asked them over email weeks ago.
After on email they said they were going to update the market about Eduportal being live.
That would have rocketed the SP. But it went into TH first for placement.
Now that news can come out and no dilution. BoOOm!
