    Look at the 'Notice of Annual General Meeting/Proxy Form' announcement from 24-4-19.

    Essentially the existing options held by directors (MW, CB, CF and GE) are all being cancelled and re-issued. The new structure is a combination of options and performance rights. Significantly lowering the bar.

    Shouldnt have any impact on todays trading as it was all announced a month ago.
